Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
  • CCC certification preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans addressing individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
