Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license
- Wisconsin Teaching Certification
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- School or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and families
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress; maintain compliance with all school and district requirements
- Collaborate with a supportive staff of educators and related services professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and school-based initiatives as needed
- Offer flexibility and creativity in addressing diverse student needs
This part-time role consists of 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance.
