Desired Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license
• Wisconsin Teaching Certification
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• School or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers and families
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress; maintain compliance with all school and district requirements
• Collaborate with a supportive staff of educators and related services professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and school-based initiatives as needed
• Offer flexibility and creativity in addressing diverse student needs

This part-time role consists of 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling to support work-life balance.
