An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students across two school locations in West Plains, MO. This full-time position involves working with a diverse PreK-12th grade caseload, addressing various speech and language needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school settings
• Familiarity with healthcare and educational policies related to speech therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• MO SLP License required
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team

Location:
West Plains, MO

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with identified needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
• Travel between two school locations as needed
