Job Description

Join a specialized team of Speech Language Pathologists providing vital on-site services across multiple school locations in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time travel opportunity offers the chance to work directly with diverse student populations ranging from PreK through high school within Palm Beach County Schools, beginning as soon as possible through May 29, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services to students with a variety of needs including regular education, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pre-Kindergarten, Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH), and Intellectual Disabilities (InD).
  • Manage caseloads that vary by school location, ensuring individualized, evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and credentialing processes, including fingerprinting and background clearance per Florida Department of Health guidelines.
  • Participate in pre-employment prescreen video interviews to assess fit and eligibility.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC) in good standing.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in diverse educational settings.
  • Strong ability to engage and support students across multiple disciplines and special needs.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various Palm Beach County school sites.

Job Details:

  • Location: Various schools throughout West Palm Beach, FL area.
  • Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours daily).

  • Caseload assignments differ per location and may include regular education and specialized populations.
