This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support in a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. The role offers both full-time and part-time options on a contract basis, serving students with diverse speech and language needs in a supportive educational environment.

Location: Warren, MI
Contract Duration: 2025-2026 school year (CSY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to promote each students communication success
  • Track progress and document outcomes in compliance with school policies and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Experience working in school settings preferred, demonstrating proficiency with K-12 populations
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) and pediatric experience are valuable assets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
