An opportunity is available for a skilled professional to provide speech-language pathology services within an educational setting. Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with therapy materials and technology

Location: Warren, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student progress and needs
