About the Role
As a member of the student services team, you will work closely with educators, families, and related service providers to identify communication challenges, implement effective interventions, and support student achievement.
Primary Duties:
Evaluate students' speech and language abilities
Create and implement individualized therapy programs
Provide direct speech-language services in accordance with IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
Participate in eligibility, staffing, and IEP meetings
Maintain progress reports and required documentation
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license
Texas school credentials
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
