Job Description

A full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an elementary school in Walled Lake, MI. This on-site contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options, providing flexibility for professionals seeking a rewarding role in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language evaluation, therapy, and intervention services to elementary-aged students
Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to create individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Provide services aligned with school policies and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
Experience working in school settings preferred
Credentialed as SLP - CCC or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is beneficial
Comfort and skill in working with pediatric populations and school-based interventions
