An opportunity exists for a skilled speech-language pathologist to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting located in Vidalia, LA. This contract position encompasses the full school year, offering the chance to provide crucial support to students with communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
• Provide progress reports and documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist License (LA SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, especially in school settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
