Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal setting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and assess progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Complete required reports and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
  • Implement evidence-based practices tailored to student needs
  • Utilize teletherapy tools effectively when providing remote services
