This contract opportunity, based near Urbana, IL, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with pediatric populations. You'll play a key role in fostering students communication skills and supporting their overall academic and social success.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid State SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• ASHA certification or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatrics or school-based therapy highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement goals
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Serve as a resource and advocate for communication needs within the school community
