Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and unrestricted SLP license (state-specific)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with K12 populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction individually and in group settings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records to support student progress and compliance
- Participate in assessments, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development
