Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at an early childhood school located in Turlock, CA. This contract role involves working onsite with a caseload of pre-kindergarten through 6th grade students, serving a maximum of two school sites. The position offers an engaging opportunity to support the communication development of young learners in a dynamic educational setting.

Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing direct therapy, and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Familiarity with SEIS and experience with ADOS (autism assessments) are advantageous, enhancing your ability to contribute effectively to student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license or California Clear Teaching Credential (CTC) in Speech Language Pathology
  • Proven expertise in administering speech and language evaluations and delivering therapy services across early childhood and elementary levels
  • Experience navigating SEIS for documentation and reporting
  • Knowledge of autism assessments such as ADOS is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work alongside multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
