Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Maryland SLP license (MD SLP required)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Proven experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Comfortable providing both traditional and teletherapy services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide intervention for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Deliver engaging therapy tailored to students' individual needs
- Provide consultation and resources to faculty and caregivers
- Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with district and federal guidelines
