Job Description
This position is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) serving K-12 students in Thorndike, ME. It is a contract role for the current school year with a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students
- Conduct IEP meetings and develop IEP documentation
- Assess and test students to determine speech and language needs
- Collaborate closely with school staff to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid Maine Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams
