A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Texico, NM. This contract position offers a comprehensive workweek of 37.5 hours over 5 days, serving students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid NM SLP Certification
- Experience working as a School-Based SLP or holding SLP-CCC credentials preferred
- Strong skills in speech-language pathology assessments and interventions for diverse student populations
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough speech and language evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed
