Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) specializing in teletherapy within the education sector. This role involves providing virtual speech-language services to students in multiple elementary schools in the Kansas City area, including ME Pearson Elementary, Grant Elementary, Hazel Grove Elementary, among others.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver teletherapy sessions to students, maintaining caseloads of approximately 50-60 students.
  • Implement individualized speech-language plans aligned with educational objectives.
  • Collaborate virtually with school staff and families to support student progress.
  • Document and report student progress according to school district guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience with teletherapy service delivery is preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a substantial caseload effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt services to a virtual learning environment.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position servicing schools in the Kansas City, Kansas area. Candidate must be able to work virtually with students residing in this region.
