Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated and skilled professional to provide virtual services to elementary students in Cross City, Florida. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about enhancing student communication skills and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and provide intervention for speech and language disorders among elementary students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet diverse student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to track student progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources effectively to engage students during remote sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations governing speech therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida SLP license (SLP - CCC).
  • Experience with teletherapy practices is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with school-based settings and IEP processes is beneficial.
  • Florida Teaching Certificate is preferred but not required.
