Duration: 2025/2026 School Year Hours: 35 Hours/Week

An opportunity is available to provide impactful speech therapy services in a virtual setting for K-12 students. This role involves managing a caseload and delivering essential therapy sessions to help students overcome speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual speech therapy sessions to K-12 students.
  • Manage a caseload while assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights for student development.
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions to enhance communication skills.
  • Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to meet diverse requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and families to promote educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
  • Experience with the Virginia IEP system and its documentation processes is essential.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, along with assessment methodologies.
  • Proficient in using teletherapy platforms and tools to engage students effectively.
