Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual support for K-12 students in an Atlanta area school district. This contract position is ideal for those with a passion for helping students overcome speech and language barriers while delivering services in a flexible, online environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Georgia SLP license
  • Valid Georgia Teachers certificate
  • Previous experience with teletherapy
  • Minimum of one year of school-based experience
  • Must pass fingerprinting requirements scheduled at the district's campus after an offer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Conduct assessments and track student progress using digital tools
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to support student outcomes
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to facilitate professional development
  • Utilize available clinical and technical support to enhance service delivery
