Located in Converse, TX, this contract opportunity seeks a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver teletherapy services for students in a school setting. The role supports K-12 students with communication needs through telepractice, assisting with speech and language development remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech-language services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans based on student assessments
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain detailed documentation and complete required reports
- Collaborate virtually with educators and families to support student outcomes
- Adhere to state licensure and certification requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist licensure from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
- Bilingual skills preferred
- ASHA certification required if clinical hours have been logged
- Experience working with K-12 student population
- Ability to complete required reference documentation prior to presenting credentials to the district
- Strong communication and teletherapy skills
This full-time position offers a 40-hour workweek with assignments to multiple schools as determined. The contract runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026. Prior experience can influence compensation within the range of $55-$67 per hour based on years of experience.
