Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services, working with a K-12 student population in San Antonio, TX. This position requires delivering speech and language support via telespeech and teletherapy platforms, ensuring effective communication interventions across a diverse range of age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide teletherapy speech-language services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each students communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and achieve therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations.
  • Utilize telepractice technology to conduct effective and engaging sessions remotely.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
  • ASHA certification preferred, especially for candidates with graduate clinical hours.
  • Experience or strong interest in bilingual speech-language therapy services.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality telespeech and teletherapy sessions.
  • References documenting professional experience and effectiveness in SLP services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage virtual caseloads across multiple schools.

This contract position is scheduled to begin as soon as possible and extends through May 29, 2026, with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates will undergo a prescreen interview process to assess suitability for the role. Flexible scheduling for interviews is available between 9-11 AM and 2-3 PM EST.
