Requirements for Success:

• Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Completion of necessary compliance checks, including fingerprinting and background clearance.
• Comfortable engaging in Zoom-based team interviews and virtual collaboration.
• Open to candidates who have achieved or are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Skills in delivering teletherapy and navigating multi-site itinerant schedules are highly valued.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver tailored speech therapy services to elementary-aged students across two school locations.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and manage IEPs, and implement effective direct therapy interventions.
• Travel between sites as part of an itinerant schedule, ensuring consistent and quality support for students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in paid administrative sessions, and attend essential team meetings.
