Job Description

A dynamic opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Tacoma, WA. This full-time position involves working directly with a diverse caseload of 50-60 children across two to three schools, providing essential speech and language services that facilitate student learning and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Active Washington State SLP licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Tacoma, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
