Job Description

A full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, including the Extended School Year, located in Syracuse, NY. This opportunity allows you to work within a dynamic school setting in Onondaga County while providing essential pediatric speech therapy services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • New York Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across varying age ranges in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with state and school policies
