Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services.
  • Provide direct therapy to students across various grade levels, adapting techniques to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote effective communication strategies within the classroom.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
