Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required for practice in educational settings
  • Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide comprehensive therapy services both individually and in groups
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Deliver direct therapy and monitor student outcomes, adapting approaches as needed
  • Complete thorough documentation and maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
