Make a difference in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment near Surprise, AZ. Multiple positions are available for the 2026/2027 school yearfull-time and part-time roles with flexible schedule possibilities across elementary campuses, serving various grade levels and caseloads. What youll do:
- Administer assessments to determine student skill levels, progress, and achievements
- Develop effective learning strategies tailored to student needs
- Schedule and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Create and regularly update Individual Education Programs (IEPs)
- Perform direct service billing for Medicaid reimbursement, as needed
- Consult and communicate with parents and school staff regarding student progress and recommendations
- Conduct comprehensive evaluationsincluding articulation, voice, fluency, and language assessmentsand re-evaluate as required
- Prepare and submit concise evaluation summary reports
- Schedule students for both direct and consultative services as indicated in their IEPs
What were looking for:
- Valid Arizona SLP License
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Schools-based SLP experience (preferred)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work across a variety of grade levels and campus needs
