In this role, youll provide assessment and intervention services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in a supportive school environment. Bilingual professionalsespecially those fluent in Spanishare encouraged to apply and help bridge communication gaps across cultures.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid/current SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year supervision
  • Open to candidates with experience in pediatric settings, schools (early education through high school), or healthcare environments
  • SLPAs with relevant school or healthcare experience also welcome
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and special education teams strongly desired
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized intervention planning for diverse caseload
  • Write and implement IEP goals and participate in student support meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
  • Engage in professional development opportunities within the district
