Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience working in pediatric or school settings highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and related service providers
  • Passion for supporting childrens communication development in an educational context

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for students on your caseload
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to children with a variety of communication disorders
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes
  • Consult with teachers and families to ensure carry-over of skills and promote generalization across settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development activities
  • Support a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture for all students
