This opportunity offers travel positions for two Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) near Palm City, FL, and Stuart, FL. These roles are based in school settings and offer an engaging, supportive work environment with diverse caseloads primarily focused on pediatrics. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time applicants will also be considered.
Qualified candidates will hold a Florida SLP license and possess the necessary school credentials. SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings will be advantageous in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students across a variety of caseloads.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP license with school credentials.
- CCC certification and/or completion of CFY.
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
