Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
  • Provide direct services to students and consult with educators and parents regarding student progress.
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 55 students, ensuring personalized attention to each.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
  • Experience in school settings is preferred, but candidates with related experience are encouraged to apply.
  • ASHA certification is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
