This position involves collaborating across two welcoming school sites near Statesville, NC, with options for hybrid work to support a flexible work-life balance. What Were Looking For:
- Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing
- Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC-SLP) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare
- Familiarity with speech-language therapy best practices for children in elementary grades
- Ability to travel between two assigned elementary school locations
- Readiness to complete mandatory fingerprinting and background checks prior to your start date
- Outstanding communication skills, as all interviews are conducted via Zoom
Your Daily Impact:
- Deliver individual and small-group speech therapy to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEPs, and tailor interventions for student needs
- Maintain an itinerant schedule, splitting your time between two supportive schools
- Document student progress and keep parents/teachers informed
