A middle school speech language pathologist opportunity is available for the current school year in Stafford, VA. This full-time, onsite contract position is ideal for an experienced professional holding Virginia licensure as an SLP, with a passion for supporting students communication development in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with school goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation of caseload progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Virginia with CCC preferred
• Experience working in school settings, particularly middle school and elementary environments
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional standards and student-centered care
