This onsite contract role, based in Springfield, MA, offers a 35-hour workweek focused on delivering high-quality speech and language services across pediatric and educational settings. The position is ideal for professionals holding a Massachusetts SLP License seeking to apply their expertise in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy for students in grades K-8.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required.
• Experience working in schools, preferably with K-8 students.
• Familiarity with pediatric speech-language pathology, including CFY and CCC credentials, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a student-centered approach.
