Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Springfield, MA, serving a high school setting for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. This role provides the opportunity to work onsite with a diverse caseload of adolescent students requiring speech and language support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working in school settings, especially high schools, is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for high school students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students communication challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to student success plans

Location and Schedule:

  • Position based onsite in Springfield, MA
  • Full-time hours per week throughout the school year
