Job Description

An onsite Speech Language Pathologist role is available in Spotsylvania, VA, serving an elementary school setting on a full-time, contract basis for the current school year. This maternity position carries a caseload of approximately 50 students, providing critical speech and language support to meet diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families to promote effective communication skills Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress tracking

Qualifications: Valid Virginia license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Location: Elementary school in Spotsylvania, VA
