Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy

Location: Southfield, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs
