Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Relevant experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms, technology, and remote engagement tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP (where applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with school staff
- Deliver teletherapy services as needed, ensuring equitable access and effective outcomes
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results with stakeholders
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and support personnel to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
