Job Description

A dynamic educational environment seeks dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to support K-12 students for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills in a contract position.

Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Proficient in a variety of speech and language assessments and therapies

Location:

  • Selbyville, Delaware

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
  • Develop tailored therapy plans and deliver appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students goals
  • Monitor and document students progress and adjust therapy as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
