Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with various speech and language disorders

Location:

Selah, WA (on-site at a K-12 school)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based discussions regarding student needs
