Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Hold current WA SLP licensure and appropriate certification (CCC required)
  • Fully fingerprinted through OSPI by the start date
  • Previous experience serving school-aged populations, preferably K-12
  • Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and IEP documentation
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of up to 45 students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy directly to students onsite
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and update goals as necessary
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
