Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare settings
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer direct intervention services to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all federal, state, and school policies
- Participate in eligibility, review, and IEP meetings as needed
- Engage with teachers and families to support student progress and carryover of therapy strategies
