Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona SLP license (required)
  • Previous experience providing speech-language services in schools (preferred)
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations in both elementary and high school settings
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfort with creating and implementing IEPs and conducting assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each students goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultation and training for staff on language and communication strategies
