Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Pennsylvania PPID Educator Certification required
• Experience delivering school-based SLP services preferred
• Comfort working in-person with diverse student populations
• Adaptability to transition between early intervention and K-12 caseloads as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct assessment and intervention for students with speech and language needs
• Serve a dynamic, itinerant caseload providing preschool early intervention
• Adjust to assignment changes as needed throughout the school year, including possible school-age students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
