Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school in Little Falls, MN. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in supporting students' communication and language development across all grade levels.

Key responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to enhance student outcomes. You will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders within the school setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current MN Department of Education SLP License required
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) beneficial
  • Experience working in a school environment serving K-12 students
  • Strong understanding of speech-language pathology best practices in educational settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
