An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support middle school students. This role is based in Sapulpa, OK, and offers a contract-to-hire position for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student performance and provide regular reports
- Provide direct therapy services to students within the school setting
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology License
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working as an SLP in a school environment, ideally with middle school-aged students
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders common in school-age children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff
