Advance your Speech-Language Pathology career with impactful work in an educational setting near vibrant Santa Rosa, CA. This contract opportunity offers two full-time positions for dedicated SLPs for the 2026/2027 school year, running from August 12th through June 2027. Share your expertise with students across multiple campuses, each offering unique and rewarding experiences.
Your skills will shine in one of two roles:
- Middle school coverage, supporting students in three SDCs (two mild/moderate, one extensive support needs), as well as select students in RSP and general education settings.
- Elementary school coverage across two sites. One site focuses on TK-5 students, including those in extensive support needs classes and general education. The other primarily serves students in a general education placement.
What Were Looking For:
- Valid California SLP license
- PPS Credential
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with pediatric populations
- Background with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA considered a plus
- Professionalism, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to K-8 students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, specialized classrooms, and families
- Support communication needs within diverse learning environments
- Provide both group and individualized interventions
