Job Description

Exciting opportunity available in San Rafael, CA for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists. This position is set within an engaging elementary school environment, focusing on supporting the diverse needs of students from August 2025 to June 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Current California Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with mild to moderate middle school programs
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Location:
San Rafael, California

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a caseload of 45-50 elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support student development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as required
