Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) participants welcome
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting considered an asset
- SLPA candidates with school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop IEPs, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by state and district standards
- Provide education, training, and resources to families and school staff as needed
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students
